At SUKUN, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

The item was lost in transit and never delivered.
To be eligible for a refund:

The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Clear photos/videos of the issue must be shared for verification.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase

Minor colour or texture variations (as these are handcrafted products)

Products returned without proper packaging or damage caused by improper handling
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Process

Once your request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For COD orders, we will request your bank account details for refund processing.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
