At SUKUN, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • The item was lost in transit and never delivered.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue must be shared for verification.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor colour or texture variations (as these are handcrafted products)

  • Products returned without proper packaging or damage caused by improper handling

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number

  • Reason for refund

  • Supporting photos/videos 

Our team will respond within 2 business days with the next steps.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For COD orders, we will request your bank account details for refund processing.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
